Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, busy periods, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Some orders may be dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delayed or Missing Orders
